Responsible to oversee the development, implementation, and review of the Youth Mental Health programmes by leading the needs analysis, driving innovation and implementing new delivery models and initiatives to better address emerging trends and the evolving needs of youth mental health in the community.
(1) Oversee the service development, implementation and review of youth mental health programmes (YIT and CREST-Y) under the Community Mental Health (CMH) Masterplan.
(2) Support HOD to oversee the strengthening of the Youth Mental Health capability strategy in the community mental health sector.
(3) Manage collaborations with youth mental health sector to strengthen service delivery system.
Job requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related discipline, with preference for mental health qualification.
· At least 8 years' experience in healthcare or community care sectors with 2 years in managerial capacity.
· Prior experience in youth mental health in the hospital setting would be an advantage.
· Experience in programme implementation and/or programme management.
· Good project management skills.
· Good writing and presentation skills.
· Able to work well with groups from diverse backgrounds.
· Able to multi-task and possess strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
· A self-starter with strong learning ability, who is resilient, adaptable and able to manage change and ambiguity.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
