What the role is:
You are responsible for master planning administrative facilities for MINDEF/SAF camps and bases, managing major infrastructure projects and formulating workplace and infrastructure policies while prioritising employee experience.
What you will be working on:
- Develop master plans for administrative facilities refresh across SAF camps and bases- Oversee major infrastructure development projects in Gombak and Depot Road precincts- Gather and assess stakeholder requirements for key infrastructure projects- Draft and seek approval for block requirements for major infrastructure projects- Review and formulate workplace and infrastructure policies and standards- Monitor industry standards and trends for workplace designChallenge(s)- Balancing diverse stakeholder interests in large-scale, long-term complex projects- Ensuring workspace and workplace plans meet future demands and expectations
What we are looking for:
- Education in Architecture, Urban Design, Urban Planning, Environmental Studies, Civil Engineering, Land Management, Humanities and Social Sciences with focus on urban issues- Strong analytical and communication skills- Excellent writing abilities- Stakeholder management skills(Applicants with no experience may apply.)Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
