What The Role Is
You oversee the development and delivery of integrated workplace services across various MINDEF/SAF locations, enhancing employee experience through innovative workplace solutions.
What You Will Be Working On
- Manage work-near-home facilities
- Support senior management offices
- Oversee workplace services and amenities
- Establish and implement workplace experience initiatives through data-driven strategies and stakeholder management
- Strategise, develop and manage the communications and engagement activities
- Coordinate employee concierge services
Challenge(s)
- Being innovative, agile and challenge the status quo to drive initiatives and continuous improvements for enhanced employee experience
- Being analytical and leveraging big data for insights of user behaviours and processes so as to perform predictive analytics and forecast future trends for new initiatives/improvements
What We Are Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in frontline, customer or relationship management to push boundary in process change and service improvements
- Stakeholder and project management skills
- Data analytics skills
- Innovation mindset
