Job description

What The Role Is

You oversee the development and delivery of integrated workplace services across various MINDEF/SAF locations, enhancing employee experience through innovative workplace solutions.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Manage work-near-home facilities
  • Support senior management offices
  • Oversee workplace services and amenities
  • Establish and implement workplace experience initiatives through data-driven strategies and stakeholder management
  • Strategise, develop and manage the communications and engagement activities
  • Coordinate employee concierge services


Challenge(s)

  • Being innovative, agile and challenge the status quo to drive initiatives and continuous improvements for enhanced employee experience
  • Being analytical and leveraging big data for insights of user behaviours and processes so as to perform predictive analytics and forecast future trends for new initiatives/improvements


What We Are Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience in frontline, customer or relationship management to push boundary in process change and service improvements
  • Stakeholder and project management skills
  • Data analytics skills
  • Innovation mindset
