Wireless Product Development:

• Support the management team in developing the product roadmap and defining specifications.
• Lead a team of hardware engineers to transition products from development to factory production.
• Act as the project manager to drive project developments.
• Oversee hardware specification, design, and development.
• Handle board design, Bill of Materials (BOM), and PCB layout.
• Aid in obtaining compliance certifications such as CE, FCC, and other necessary logos.
• Facilitate the transfer of products to production facilities.
• Create and maintain product datasheets, application notes, reference designs, and production release documents.
• Assist in the development of system infrastructure, including test equipment, tools, and software.

Technical/Customer Support:

• Provide technical support to key customers and field engineers.
• Offer support for customer design-in processes.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree or Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 10-15 years in wireless product and hardware design, with 5-10 years in managing product or hardware development teams.
• Experience with smart and IoT devices is preferred.
