Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, with at least 8 years of volunteer management experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Able to think critically and strategically, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities.
- Strong planning, project management and organizational skills.
- Able to work well with others, to foster buy-in and collaboration.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft office. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in strategic planning and/ or programme development would be advantageous.
