Le candidat idéal doit posséder une expérience solidement ancrée en gestion de bénévoles et une passion pour le service communautaire. Vous serez responsable de la création de programmes de bénévolat et de la gestion de partenariats clés. Votre rôle consistera aussi à former efficacement les bénévoles tout en garantissant une expérience enrichissante tant pour les bénévoles que pour la communauté.

Qualifications

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion des bénévoles, de préférence dans le domaine social.
  • Capacité à travailler certains week-ends et soirées.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.

THKMC is the charitable arm of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society, which lives by the mission To Serve Mankind to help anyone who needs help regardless of their race, religion, colour, language, creed and culture. THKMC today serves more than 70,000 beneficiaries through more than 70 programmes across five Services, which include Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors' Community, and Therapy.



DESIGNATION : Manager, Volunteer Centre

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Head, Volunteer Management & Community Engagement, this role will lead a synergistic team that cultivates a culture of service excellence, focusing on volunteerism, collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation to provide agencies with the best experience in volunteerism, corporate and agency partnership, and community engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to build a sustainable network of volunteers in support of agencies and corporates.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with community organisations to grow and engage the volunteer base for community activities.
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of individual volunteers and corporates doing CSR activities, ensuring alignment with appropriate activities based on skills and interests.
  • Develop, review, and deliver training materials to equip volunteers with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Design and launch new volunteer programmes that contribute to community care efforts.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in volunteer management, preferably within the community and social service sector.
  • Able to work some weekends and nights.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong people skills and emotional quotient and leadership qualities.
  • Able to engage and manage the people, public and private sector agencies.
  • Excellent planning, project management, and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to foster engagement and alignment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in strategic planning or programme development is an added advantage.
