Role Summary:

1. Process Study and Improvement (25%) - Conduct assessments of supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and track impact.
2. Data Analysis (25%) - Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, develop dashboards for KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.
3. Technology Improvements and BRDs (25%) - Identify opportunities for technology leverage, work with IT for solutions, and create detailed BRDs aligning with strategic goals.
4. Pilot Rollouts and Implementation (25%) - Manage pilot projects, coordinate stakeholders, monitor success, and document lessons learned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BE / Graduate / PG with 6-8 years experience, including 5+ years in Process Excellence using techniques like Lean, Six Sigma.
• Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or Project Management Certification.
• Strong analytical skills, familiarity with data analysis tools (Python, R, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with process mapping, documentation, and technology projects.
• Open to travel for pilot projects.
