Manager Transformative Leadership Workforce Transformation
    At PwC, our workforce consulting team focuses on providing consulting services related to human resources, talent management, and organizational development. We analyze client needs and develop people and organization strategies to help clients optimize their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness. In the change management and communications department at PwC, your role will involve helping clients navigate organizational change and effectively communicate with stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with clients to develop change management strategies, assess change readiness, and design communication plans to support successful change initiatives. Your work will focus on providing guidance on employee engagement, training, and cultural transformation to drive organizational adoption and minimize resistance.Practice Overview: Workforce TransformationIn this role, you will work with our US counterparts to develop short and long-term Workforce Transformation solutions for clients. You will facilitate transformation through strategic change initiatives, transformative leadership initiatives, HR process design, and learning interventions aligned with the client's business strategy.Key Responsibilities:As a Workforce Transformation practitioner, you will integrate consulting practices to enhance Leadership Development and Leadership Culture transformation for clients. You will collaborate with client stakeholders to build leadership acumen, lead transformative leadership initiatives, conduct mentoring and coaching, and ensure sustainable impact. Your responsibilities will include engagement delivery, leadership development, instructional design, program development, communication, stakeholder management, analytical skills, project management, digital experience, and sales and delivery collaterals.Requirements:- An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with unpredictable circumstances- Self-motivated with a passion for client work and teamwork- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills- Experience in managing learning budgets and allocating resources efficiently- Educational background: MBA or master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields- 8-11 years of relevant work experience, preferably from premier B-Schools- Certifications in Organizational Change Management, Project Management, Instructional Design, Training, or Coaching are a plusAdditional Information:- Travel Requirements: Travel to client locations may be required as per project needs- Line of Service: Consulting Solutions- Industry: Management Consulting- Practice: Workforce Transformation- Designation: Manager- Preferred Work Experience: Consulting experience in Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Culture, Talent Management, or related fields.,
