About the role
You will collaborate with various centres and schools under the Armour Training Institute (ATI) to develop and implement current learning science, sport science, and training technology initiatives.

What you will be working on

• Develop and implement learning programmes and training initiatives
• Integrate sports science and apply training technologies
• Enhance learning effectiveness
• Design engaging curricula
• Analyze training data

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in Training & Learning Development is preferred
• Knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics
• Strong analytical skills to draw conclusions from data and recommend solutions
• Experience in Armour training and curriculum development is advantageous
• Technologically savvy
• Good analytical skills
