Job description

What you will be working on:

  1. As the Manager under the Operations Implementation and Management (OIM) team, you will be responsible for providing the following administrative and logistical support to the team:
  2. Engage employers on WSG programmes and outreach platforms to promote awareness of WSG’s career services.
  3. Evaluate and process programme applications, appeals cases and administration of programme related matters for Career Trial (CT).
  4. Review CT application process and enhance its efficiency.
  5. Evaluate responses from companies and jobseekers for CT check-ins.
  6. Assist in collating documents and materials for purposes of audit.
  7. Liaise with processing vendor on programme related queries including claim related matters.
  8. Provide administrative support for POD’s employer engagement sessions including logistics, coordination of materials and collation of post event data.

What we are looking for:

  1. Relevant work experience.
  2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Experience in event management and customer service, with a strong customer-focused approach.
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  6. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
