Job summary

YSQ International is seeking an experienced Supply Chain PM to drive on-time delivery of multi-category innovation launches. You will build an innovation network, coordinate with Supply Chain partners, and manage risks across stakeholders. Lead timelines with PDI managers and ensure cross-functional collaboration to deliver fast-tracked initiatives.

The role requires a strong track record in launching projects, excellent communication, and deep supply chain knowledge within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for on-time delivery of multi-category innovation launches across the group.
• Build and maintain the innovation network, coordinating with Supply Chain partners for seamless execution.
• Identify and elevate innovation-related risks with insights from key Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Voice of the Supply Chain in development and finalization of project plans.
• Lead project timelines in partnership with PDI managers, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee fast-tracked initiatives, including factory trial slots and capacity allocations.
• Represent Supply Chain in weekly drumbeat meetings, driving alignment and issue resolution.
• Coordinate resourcing with regional sourcing teams, considering tax stamps, duties, and compliance.
• Lead and coordinate the Category Innovation Savings Plan to meet financial targets and delivery goals.

• Build and maintain the innovation network, coordinating with Supply Chain partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify and elevate innovation-related risks, incorporating insights from key Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Act as the voice of the Supply Chain in the development and finalization of project plans.
• Lead project timelines in partnership with PDI managers, supported by collaboration across all Supply Chain functions.
• Oversee fast-tracked initiatives, including securing factory trial slots and allocating production capacity as needed.
• Serve as the Supply Chain representative in weekly drumbeat meetings, driving alignment and issue resolution.
• Manage resourcing needs in coordination with regional sourcing teams, considering constraints such as tax stamps, duties, and compliance requirements. \
• Lead and coordinate the Category Innovation Savings Plan, ensuring alignment with financial targets and delivery through robust project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience and at least 1 to 2 years in handling NPI and Project Managements
• Proven track record of launching multiple projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and digital skills
• Sound and round Supply Chain knowledge (process, metrics)
