Job description

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative manager to support the development, coordination and execution of our corporate strategy. This role is key in aligning business units with organisational objectives, tracking performance and driving innovation by identifying opportunities and risks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Strategy and Planning

· Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders to support the formulation, coordination and implementation of strategies that align with long term goals.

· Provide secretariat support for senior management engagements, including preparation of management reports.

· Organise and execute planning seminars and offsite events to align leadership on key initiatives.

2. Performance Management

· Drive the development, execution and monitoring of workplans and strategic objectives in collaboration with business units.

· Track the implementation of initiatives across departments and measure progress against strategic goals.

· Support prioritisation by identifying overlaps in business units’ efforts and ensuring alignment with overall strategic roadmap.

3. Business Insights

· Monitor key trends, policy shifts and developments that may impact the organisation.

· Distil relevant insights into concise updates that can inform strategic planning, management discussions and identify opportunities for improvement / growth.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Strategy, Communications or related field.

· At least 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning or related role.

· Comfortable working across teams and stakeholders to support business strategies and implementation.

· Detail-oriented with strong writing and communication abilities.

· Good analytical skills, with ability to use data and insights to support planning and decision-making.

· Familiarity with planning or performance frameworks (e.g. Balanced Scorecard) is a plus.

· Proactive and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
