One of our corporate client HUMAN CAPITAL LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE PTE. LTD. is looking for a Manager, Strategic Projects based out of Singapore. Permanent full-time role but open to suggestions for part-time or compressed hours.

As the Manager, Strategic Projects, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Assistant Vice President (AVP) in planning and executing industry-related leadership programs and round-table discussions. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage communications, and support research and analysis efforts to enhance industry engagement, collaborating closely with the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) team.

We are open to individuals joining us in a full time, part time or fractional capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Support: Assist the AVP in planning and executing industry-related leadership programs and round-table discussions, ensuring alignment with our mission to prepare Singaporeans for global leadership roles.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with industry associations, corporate partners, and key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and manage effective communications.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to enhance industry engagement strategies, leveraging insights from the HCLI team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Public Policy, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous but not a must.
  • Relevant experience in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, research, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience working with industry associations, government agencies, or corporate stakeholders is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
