Job description

Shared Services Management Division (SSMD)

SSMD is part of SSG’s Corporate Development Group (CDG), which manages corporate resources, institutes governance, and controls for organizational excellence and risk management.

SSMD focuses on optimizing productivity and efficiency for organizational excellence through strategic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). We plan, drive, and implement strategic outsourcing initiatives to support organizational growth and operational needs. This is done collaboratively with key stakeholders and BPO service partners to ensure smooth delivery of outsourced business processes and services, including performance monitoring and reporting.

Additionally, SSMD supports and facilitates business process enhancements and innovations for outsourced processes to improve operational excellence.

What you will be working on

You will support SSMD in managing BPO activities. Reporting to the Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Organizing meetings, setting up venues, and providing secretariat support for stakeholder engagement.
  2. Supporting the consolidation and review of BPO performance reports.
  3. Providing support in billing matters.
  4. Tracking and monitoring incidents and issues to ensure timely follow-up and resolution by stakeholders.
  5. Performing other tasks as assigned.
What we are looking for

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

  • The necessary competencies to perform the job duties proficiently.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and collaborate confidently with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • Data management and analytical skills, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables) for data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An adaptable and resilient personality, open to feedback, and capable of adjusting to rapid changes in the work environment and evolving business needs.
  • Experience in BPO, operations planning, procurement, or work in the public sector is advantageous.
