A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Manager/Sr Assistant Manager for Case Management within the healthcare sector. The role involves managing staff abuse cases, ensuring support for affected individuals, data compilation for reports, and participation in healthcare projects. Candidates must have a relevant degree and experience in case management. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential in this fast-paced environment.
Job Scope:
· Manage and follow up on staff abuse and harassment cases, ensuring affected staff receive timely support and updates.
· Maintain accurate case records and monitor case progression in the system.
· Compile data and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
· Handle staff queries on related policies and support measures.
· Review and improve workflows related to post-incident support processes.
· Provide secretariat support for committee meetings, including coordination, minutes writing, and action tracking.
· Participate in hospital projects, emergency exercises, and any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher.
· Relevant experience, preferably in staff support or case management.
· Background in healthcare is an advantage.
· Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
· Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-focused.
· Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure and work independently.
· Good organisational and project coordination abilities.
