A leading company in the apparel industry is seeking a Manager, Sourcing Development, to lead a team focused on building vendor partnerships and driving product innovation. This role involves collaboration with global product development teams to ensure alignment with brand strategies. ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
You will be leading the sourcing team to forge strong vendor partnerships, ensuring that the products are developed in alignment with the brand’s design and future vision. You will co-create product development and innovation strategies in collaboration with the brand product development teams in the US and Europe. Supporting the Senior Manager of Product Supply, you will play a lead role in creating a multi-year sourcing strategy that will facilitate and power brand growth, ensuring best in class product development, fit for our consumer needs.
