Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. We are a full-stack financial services organization committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars to thousands of businesses. Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).

About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Sales Manager to join the South East Asia Business. Key Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales targets consistently and challenge the competitive landscape in the industry.
  2. Build, maintain, and forecast a healthy sales pipeline to achieve business goals.
  3. Own the end-to-end sales cycle while collaborating with Marketing, Onboarding, Integration, and other internal stakeholders.
  4. Understand all client requirements and propose suitable solutions using Razorpay's payments products and services.
  5. Be an energetic self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in the merchant acquiring space with Payment Gateways, Acquirers, or Fintech companies.
  2. Established and existing network of merchants with SME and Middle Market client base in Singapore.
  3. Highly self-motivated and result-oriented personality.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  5. Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
