Job description

The incumbent shall manage the day-to-day operation for the group’s subsidiary which comprise the following business divisions:

  • Private Education Institute Division which is currently seeking for accreditation to provide courses, and professional development programmes.
  • Education Consultancy & Training Division which seeks to provide Educational & Training Consultancy both locally and overseas.
  • Outsource Manpower Division which provides HR consultancy and supports clients with outsource manpower services.

Administration Duties for Group:

  • Manage and maintain group’s records and databases
  • Prepare required reports

Business Development Duties for Group:

  • Develop business development and marketing collaterals
  • Source and respond to tender on business platforms such as Gebiz, Tenderboard, etc

Financial Duties for Group:

  • Assist in budget planning and development, tracking expenses, and reconciling budgets
  • Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness before payment.
  • Make timely payments to suppliers and vendors.
  • Manage customer accounts and track outstanding invoices.
  • Process customer payments and ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions

Project Management for Group:

  • Coordinate and Liaise with partners and regulatory bodies
  • Prepare and collate required documents for audit by regulatory bodies

Private Education Institute Division Duties:

  • Oversee the smooth operations of the Private Education Institute operations
  • Coordinate and work with project consultants in preparing the required documents for compliance with the regulatory bodies
  • Support the end-to-end spectrum of programme management: Participant Preparation, Coordination, Engagement and Programme Experience, Client Stakeholder Liaison, Communication and Engagement
  • Closely monitor, measure, document and evaluate optimal participant engagement and commitment
  • Prepare and collate post-programme / client satisfaction evaluation and indices measurement
  • Source and liaise with training programmes partners, educators and developers

Education Consultancy & Training Division Duties:

  • Oversee the smooth operations of the education consultancy and training operations
  • Support the end-to-end spectrum of programme management: Participant Preparation, Coordination, Engagement and Programme Experience, Client Stakeholder Liaison, Communication and Engagement
  • Closely monitor, measure, document and evaluate optimal participant engagement and commitment
  • Prepare and collate post-programme / client satisfaction evaluation and indices measurement

Outsource Manpower Division Duties:

  • Oversee the outsource manpower operations
  • Source, select and deploy candidates for deployment and placement within company and/or clients
  • Prepare required documents for staff and client
  • Perform Basic Payroll administration
  • Process client payments

Requirements:

  • Completed Diploma with at least 5 years of experience in HR, Admin or school administration roles.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Preferably possess CEI Basic
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with procurement portals (Gebiz, Tenderboard) is a plus
  • Experience with government portals (CPF Ezpay, IRAS, eVendor) is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and office administration practices.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
