We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join as a Manager Service Delivery Transfer Agency Operations.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Review setup templates to ensure Fund Set-up, agent set-up, and other static data are accurately and timely completed according to Fund Manager’s instructions.
  • Analyze and perform periodic reviews of loads setup to ensure sales charges, realization charges, and trailer fees are correctly calculated.
  • Implement mechanisms to track and document instructions received, maintaining client satisfaction, and update Fund Manager’s changes promptly.
  • Facilitate daily transfer agency operations, including processing, reporting, and query handling.
  • Focus on streamlining service delivery, risk mitigation, and enhancing product offerings.
  • Maintain internal control standards, including addressing audit observations promptly.
  • Lead projects for service improvement and risk mitigation, including User Acceptance Testing.
  • Maintain a service-oriented, client-focused, proactive, and responsive approach.
