Job description

What The Role Is

You assist in overseeing the necessary end-to-end executive processes to provide prompt and effective support to Digital and Intelligence Service entities for their sustenance and building infrastructure maintenance requirements.

What You Will Be Working On

• Manage and lead a team of contractors and full-time national servicemen (NSFs) to accomplish the section's objectives.
• Drive the fulfilment of BI-related maintenance requirements for DIS entities lacking dedicated logistics support.
• Proactively plan and ensure the maintenance and good condition of BI assets.
• Drive the fulfilment of sustenance and transport requirements for DIS entities.
• Analyze the centralized BI Maintenance Model.

Challenges

• Managing multiple stakeholders with diverse concerns and specializations.
• Maintaining a large number of buildings and critical BI supporting systems, each with their own maintenance requirements.
• Forward-planning to ensure timely clearances and prevent work delays.
• Adjusting scheduling with stakeholders to accommodate last-minute operational injects and requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Engineering, BI, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, management procedures, and resupply management procedures is preferred.
• Technical knowledge of BI systems, their operations, and maintenance requirements.
• Resourcefulness and meticulousness.
• Excellent communication skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Effective and independent work capabilities.

Appointment will be commensurate with experience.
