Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited in Singapore seeks a Manager/Senior Officer, Finance Analyst for the Group Infrastructure & Platform Services team. You will manage financial data, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic decisions.

You will process invoices in SAP, assist OPEX/Capex planning, and develop visibility through dashboards using Power BI, while ensuring compliance with finance controls and collaborating with Finance, Procurement and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ finance experience in banks, audits or consultancies preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced formulas, pivots and Power Query.
• Proficient in M365 tools: Outlook, SharePoint, Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Analytical and troubleshooting mindset; handle confidential data.
• Experience in process improvement and SAP (PEMS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint; some exposure to Power BI advantageous.
• PMO support experience in banking projects a plus.

Job Requirements* Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance/ Business Management or related field.* Preferably 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a Finance Institution, Audit or Consultancy firm.* Strong Excel skills (Advance formulas, pivot tables, power query, building of reporting dashboard). Strong in data analysis using excel.* Good knowledge in using M365, a good grasp of Outlook, Excel, SharePoint.* Excellent internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.* Possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.* Strong Attention to details. Understand the importance of data discipline.* Able to handle confidential data in a professional manner.* Good experience in managing/responsible/implementing business process improvement.* Have working experience and advance understanding of SAP system (PEMS) would be a plus.* Good knowledge in Power Point and have prior experience in preparing PPT slides for reporting purpose.
