As a Property Valuation Specialist at Colliers, you will be responsible for conducting property valuations for various types of assets, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties. You will utilize market, income, and cost approaches to assess the value of properties and prepare detailed valuation reports for clients, banks, investors, and internal stakeholders. Your role will also involve conducting market research to analyze trends, comparable sales, and rental data.Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as project management, strategy, and finance is essential in this position. You will ensure compliance with local and international valuation standards, such as RICS and IVS, while supporting business development efforts by preparing proposals and client presentations. Additionally, mentoring junior analysts, contributing to internal process improvements, and overseeing valuation projects across Western India are key aspects of this role.To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications like RICS or CFA are highly valued. A strong understanding of valuation methodologies including DCF, comparable analysis, and residual method is essential. Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and valuation software is also required.
