Job summary

RSM International in Singapore is seeking a transfer pricing professional with 6+ years’ experience in a public accounting setting. You will lead client relationships, communicate complex transfer pricing concepts clearly, and coach junior staff while contributing to business development efforts.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality TP documentation, benchmarking, and tax-related analyses, with strong risk management and client-service orientation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Business or Accounting or obtained relevant professional qualifications.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm.
• Experience in preparing transfer pricing documentation, tax value chain analyses, benchmarking, supporting with tax enquiries, project management and managing junior team members.
• Sound judgement, including the ability to identify and evaluate risk issues and know when to involve others.
• Drive and enthusiasm for client service excellence with positive attitude; and
• Strong people skills for engaging with a team of like-minded professionals.
• Experience of working in a Transfer Pricing Team within a large international consulting firm.
