Job description

What the role is:

You drive talent development initiatives for our people to thrive in meaningful careers that support their individual aspirations. You work closely with the senior management and other stakeholders to design and implement programmes in talent assessment, leadership development, and competency development to foster organisational excellence.

What you will be working on:

1 Career Development• Design and implement comprehensive career frameworks and progression pathways in GRA’s functional domains• Develop and curate career resources to empower our people in their professional growth• Implement internal postings, secondments and attachments2 Leadership Development• Manage end-to-end leadership development programmes such as 360-degree feedback exercises and targeted development interventions• Customise and coordinate development programmes including milestone courses, workshops, postings, and assignments• Support succession planning efforts to build a robust leadership pipeline3 Performance Excellence• Implement GRA’s performance management programmes• Advise on performance-related matters• Manage annual assessment and development planning exercises, including support in ranking meetings and processing performance-related payments• Review and enhance performance management processes for greater effectiveness

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, with a focus in performance management and career development• Proactive and independent, with a resourceful approach to problem-solving• Able to produce quality work, even under pressure and tight deadlines• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Able to handle confidential information with discretion• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly• Experience with HR information systems e.g. SAP, HRP is a plus• IHRP certification is a plusAll applicants who are shortlisted for the next round of assessment will be notified within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
