Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for Safety Intelligence in Singapore, based at Changi. The role involves analysing safety data to identify trends and risks and developing insights to support risk management and decision-making.

You will work with cross-functional teams to enhance safety processes, present findings to stakeholders, and drive a proactive, data-driven safety culture through advanced analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Safety Management, Data Analytics, Business or related field.
• Experience in safety, risk, operations, analytics or performance improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience interpreting data and providing actionable recommendations.
• Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Strong communication, presentation and report-writing abilities.
• Experience with analytics, reporting or data visualisation tools is an advantage.
• Self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.

Work Hours: Mon – Thurs: 8.30AM – 6.00PM, Fri: 8.30AM – 5.30PM
