We drive strategic coherence across the organisation, while sparking new forms of thinking and conceptualise new national and agency level policies to advance SSG’s mission in supporting the SkillsFuture movement. We also advance research aligned to the SSG strategic priorities to facilitate evidence-based policymaking, programme development and improvements to practice.
The Manager/Senior Manager in the Research Office of the Strategic Planning Division will play a pivotal role in advancing the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Research Agenda. This involves engaging with local and international research communities, identifying emerging trends in Continuing Education and Training (CET), and integrating research findings to inform policy and programme planning. The role requires a proactive approach in driving collaborations and translating research insights into actionable policies and programmes, aligned with SSG's mission to enhance Singapore's workforce skills development.

What we are looking for
Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure.
