About the Company:

Job Responsibilities:

You will play a key role in the Company, leading the recruitment function, including end-to-end recruitment and campus partnership and working with colleagues regionally.

Recruitment:

  • Partner with hiring managers to conduct detailed job brief meetings and having a solid understanding of the role and requirement.
  • Take on a pro-active role in searching for candidates through active searches and job postings, including Linkedin Recruiter and job postings.
  • Lead and drive the candidate referral program, including timely reminders and outreach to colleagues.
  • Conduct detailed and engaging interviews with candidates, gaining a strong understanding of their experiences, backgrounds and goals, building a strong and trusted relationship with candidates, and providing crucial feedback to the hiring team. Coordinate and arrange interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collect relevant candidate documents, provide candidate feedback, create salary proposals and make salary offers to candidates.
  • Gather and compile required data should the position require work pass application.
  • Generate the employment contract for the selected candidates, inform and trigger internal processes with the relevant teams, such as background screening, etc.

Campus partnership:

  • Establish key partnerships with education institutions and work closely on talent attraction for fresh graduates as part of our graduate program.
  • Have a good understanding of the academic cycle, create/ propose plans to develop the program, including potential internships, graduate hires etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment either in-house, or if you’re currently from a recruitment agency looking to transit into an in-house role.
  • Excellent knowledge in the banking and finance industry in relation to technology and experience in technology recruitment in the relevant industry is a must.
  • Highly organized person who is able is able to take charge and manage processes.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment, willingness to work on and improve processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to forge strong relationships with colleagues, strong and clear communication skills.
  • Able to work with colleagues regionally, with a good understanding of different cultures.
