Job description

What the role is:

Develop career development initiatives that enhance employee growth, mobility, and retention, as well as drive the implementation plans and systems to support these initiatives.

What you will be working on:

• Design and implement career planning frameworks and pathways for all staff levels
• Partner with stakeholders to identify competencies for job functions to drive Competency Driven Growth
• Track MOM career health trends through workforce analytics, metrics, and feedback
• Collaborate with external partners to create career opportunities
• Develop career development toolkits and resources for officers and leverage tech solutions to drive career growth initiatives
• Drive communications plan on career health initiatives
• Pilot career development approaches for potential national rollout

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years experience in career development or talent management
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and data analytics skills
• Strong understanding of public service career frameworks
• Knowledge of career development theories and best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
