You will be a part of HPB’s Mental Health Education Department to advance mental well-being initiatives that improve the mental health of Singaporeans.

What you will be working on:

Scope

As a key member of the Mental Health Education Department, you will be in charge of developing and implementing mental well-being programmes for children and youths, and programmes to help parents nurture the mental health of their children. You may also need to participate in inter-agency workstreams and support the deliverables of these workstreams.

In addition, you will support the mental health literacy campaigns and provide messages and information that will help Singaporeans better support others to achieve mental well-being. You will also need to be involved in projects with partners to amplify the campaigns’ messages.

You will support the Department in other areas such as implementing guidelines and standards for evidenced-based programmes that will help Singaporeans achieve optimal mental well-being.

We seek a dynamic, results-driven and self-motivated individual with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in project management and stakeholder management.

You enjoy working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment, and should possess:

  • Ability to work independently, as well as being a strong team player across division/departments, coupled with strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization

  • Strong conceptualisation and project management skills

  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical skills to derive valuable insights and understanding

  • Resourcefulness in seeking solutions and able to produce desired outcomes

  • Ability to multitask effectively and handle pressure while meeting tight deadlines

  • Prior experience in the mental health field will be an advantage.
