Job description

Responsibilities

· Manage training programmes for the Hospital and the Community Care sector, ensuring alignment with industry needs and best practices.

· Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with government agencies to support AIC Learning Network; SkillsFuture Work-Study Programmes, Professional Conversion Programmes, and Career Transition Programmes.

· Manage students’ placement; attachments and internships opportunities through partnerships with various organisations.

· Deploy digital learning technologies for both internal staff and external clients.

· Develop and implement strategies to enhance the reach and impact of training programmes through commercialization and partnerships opportunities.

· Manage the marketing, branding and promotion of training courses and services.

· Host learning journeys and external visits to strengthen training institute positioning; and to create valuable engagement opportunities with potential clients.

· Supervise a team of training executives, ensuring seamless execution of training activities and business operations such as training programme administration; participant enrolment, subsidy processing; financial reconciliation and audits.

· Work with government agencies, industry experts, partners and internal trainers to identify and implement relevant training programmes.

· Review and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and high-quality service delivery.

· Perform any specific projects and duties assigned by Director or Head of Department from time to time.

Requirements

· Degree in one of the following areas: Adult Education, Training & Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration or Human Resources.

· Minimum 5 years of working experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business Excellence, Project Management, Enterprise Learning or equivalence

· Knowledge of the national accreditation process in Organisational Accreditation (OA) and Courseware/Curriculum Accreditation (CA) is preferred.

· Certification in Training (e.g, ACLP; DDDLP) is an advantage.
