The jobholder will support CA’s initiatives in talent development and leadership programmes for the cultural sector, assisting the Deputy Director to drive these initiatives. Responsibilities include engaging stakeholders such as the National Heritage Board, National Arts Council, and other cultural institutions, as well as industry players and government agencies in the creative economy sector.

The role involves developing and implementing talent initiatives like mentoring, coaching, and rotation programmes, managing logistics for training programmes, including overseas trips, and overseeing administrative and financial aspects. The job also requires compiling data, performing reviews, and leveraging technology for process improvements. Collaboration with other public sector training institutions to develop relevant content is also essential.

  • Knowledge of talent management, succession planning, stakeholder engagement, public sector governance, and management.
  • Interest or familiarity with arts, culture, and heritage is advantageous.

Competencies
