The Economic Development Board (EDB) seeks a Manager/Senior Manager in Knowledge Management to enhance its knowledge management practices. What you will be working on:
As a Manager/Senior Manager, Knowledge Management under A&CRIS division, you will guide EDB's knowledge management initiatives to improve how organisational knowledge is captured, shared, and utilised. You will coordinate efforts that enhance decision-making capabilities and support operational excellence across the organisation.
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement EDB's knowledge management strategy in alignment with organisational objectives
Independently formulate and lead strategic cross-divisional knowledge management projects from conception to implementation
Track and report on knowledge management progress and outcomes
People & Culture
Support change management initiatives to encourage knowledge-sharing practices
Build effective working relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs
Develop training materials and learning resources to build knowledge management capabilities
Guide teams on knowledge management best practices to improve collaboration
Structure & Processes
Maintain and update knowledge management policies, SOPs, and frameworks
Evaluate and recommend knowledge management tools and technologies
Monitor and ensure compliance with data protection and information security policies
Content & Systems
Front knowledge management audits, ensuring proper documentation practices
Improve information accessibility and sharing through appropriate tools and platforms
Additional duties for this role may include supporting Board Secretary in Board governance and administration matters as well as other assigned duties.
What we are looking for:
To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be:
Masters or Degree in Knowledge Management, Information Systems or related field
Minimum 5 year of experience in Knowledge or/and Records management
Proven track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional knowledge management initiatives
Good knowledge of Knowledge or/and Records management principles and best practices
Experience working in the Singapore government agency in similar role would be an added advantage
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work across all levels
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
