Role Overview:
Develop and implement data-driven HR insights while building analytics capabilities across the HR function.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct statistical analysis of HR data
• Design predictive models for workforce trends
• Establish data governance frameworks
• Lead organisation health reporting
• Manage HR metrics and dashboards
• Build analytics capabilities in HR teams
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years in HR analytics or data science
• Strong programming skills (R, Python, SQL)
• Experience with statistical analysis
• Knowledge of data governance principles
