Overview

As a member of the Precinct Planning and Development Department under the Regional Health Systems Office (RHSO), you will lead a small team to develop healthy precincts in the Western Region of Singapore in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders and partners. Healthy Precinct is a geographical location with an environment and culture that supports residents to achieve and sustain healthy lifestyles.

The successful candidate will be placed in an appropriate position based on experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operationalise Health Precincts to achieve health-social integration through collaboration with internal and community stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement plans to empower communitiesto manage their health effectively.
  • Foster acommunity culture that encourages healthy lifestyle and emphasis on preventive care.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships withstakeholders such as grassroots organisations, social service agencies, and healthcare providers to ensure integrated care and health improvement across care settings.
  • Develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancingintegrated care and population health outcomes.
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve department's goals.
  • Any other duties, projects or assignments by Reporting Officer and/or HOD.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in programme development, stakeholder engagement and project management.
  • At least 3-5 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong critical and strategic thinking skills, with excellent conceptual andanalytical abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of the Singapore healthcare system and/or population health models will be advantageous.
