Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor Vessel Schedule (incl. Status and update).
  • Manage the overall Service Schedule.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholder (Trade, Marketing, Network, Fleet, Regional Operations, Equipment, Stowage, Offshore etc).
  • Coordinate and perform negotiation with Alliance and Slot partners (Schedule, accident etc) on schedule plans.
  • Manage non-Critical accidents and incidences.
  • Gather and report Port & Berth information (incl. port and canal information, condition and port charges).
  • Manage Vessel Bunker Consumption.
  • Cost Settlement - assist in verification.
  • General Sailing Instruction Distribution.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably a Master's Degree, in Transportation and Logistics or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience working in various countries with different background peoplei.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess situations, provide contingencies, and evaluate cost impact.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to balance interests of various parties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong leadership ability to guide junior team members.
