Job description

What the role is:

As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Policy in the Finance and Procurement Division, you will be part of the team to plan, review and implement finance and funding policies to better support MOE divisions, schools, Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board (SEAB), Science Centre Board (SCB) and National Institute of Education (NIE). You will also monitor MOE’s budgetary plans to ensure sustainability of budget.

What you will be working on:

• Review and formulate funding and revenue policies for MOE divisions and schools• Evaluate and review the annual and revised budget estimates• Prepare medium to long term budget forecast and analysis• Provide secretarial support for the Budget Review Committee

What we are looking for:

• Relevant training/ background/ experience in Finance or Accountancy• Good written, communication, interpersonal and analytical skillsIn general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
