The Opportunity

The Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team works with businesses and finance teams to address the risks of accounting, financial reporting and regulatory issues. FAAS teams serve as trusted advisors, both practical and innovative, to help our clients navigate through accounting and financial reporting challenges driven by the changing economic and regulatory environment. Our focus areas are in Enterprise Performance Management, Finance Transformation and Finance Target Operating Models.

FAAS also provide services to clients who are developing and executing transformational strategies such as launching an initial public offering (IPO) and provide regulatory and reporting support in international capital markets.


Your key responsibilities

As a Manager / Senior Manager within our FAAS team, you will help to drive our Finance agenda forward and youwill play an important role in shaping the following selected areas:

  • Identify initiatives and develop strategies, roadmaps, target operating model and deliver finance transformation and change projects to help clients transform their finance and operational processes
  • Provide support and guide team in gathering data and information to understand the current-state processes through interviews and process walkthroughs with the client counterparts
  • Analyze, understand, optimize and/or (re-)design end-to-end Finance processes, includingtechnology used
  • Support the implementation of relevant technology platforms in the finance function such as Tagetik, OneStream and Anaplan
  • Work closely with Directors and Partners in proposal development and to bring the range of Finance and other competency offerings to the clients
  • Lead research and collection of relevant information and knowledge from our internal resourcesto provide value-adding recommendations


To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting discipline, with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Equipped with knowledge on Enterprise Performance Management
  • Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills
  • Prior experience of managing projects and strong industry experience in the finance field
