Job summary

Singtel is seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Strategy & Transformation Manager to lead enterprise-wide digital, AI, and change initiatives. You will support strategic planning, executive communications and organizational change, partnering with senior leaders to drive transformation across the group.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of strategy or transformation experience, exceptional presentation skills, and a proven ability to influence at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise strategy, innovation, transformation, or related roles.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and executive presentation skills with the ability to create clear, insightful strategy materials.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with senior leadership.
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives, transformation programs, or enterprise change efforts.
• Familiarity with AI, GenAI, digital transformation or emerging technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic analysis, organizational assessments, ideation sessions and strategy formulation to identify transformation opportunities.
• Strategize, drive, and support the execution of digital transformation and AI programs focused on productivity and new ways of working.
• Develop high-quality executive presentations and materials with clear and compelling narrative.
• Translate complex topics into concise executive communications and support leadership discussions.
• Coordinate and track progress of strategic initiatives across business and technology teams.

Strategy, Transformation & AI Innovation

• Conduct strategic analysis, organizational assessments, ideation sessions, and strategy formulation to identify transformation opportunities, define strategic priorities, and shape innovative AI and digital initiatives
• Strategize, drive, and support the execution of digital transformation and AI programs focused on improving employee productivity, ways of working, digital adoption, and operational efficiency
• Evaluate emerging AI, automation, and digital technologies while monitoring industry and technology trends to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Executive Communications & Strategic Presentations

• Develop high-quality executive presentations and materials with clear and compelling narrative
• Translate complex business, operational and technology topics into concise and impactful executive communications
• Support leadership discussions, strategic workshops, and stakeholder engagements

Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership

• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, execution, and adoption of strategic transformation initiatives across the organization
• Support organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and communication efforts to enable successful implementation of digital tools, platforms, and new ways of working
• Coordinate and track progress of strategic initiatives across business and technology teams

Skills To Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise strategy, innovation, transformation, or related fields
• Exceptional PowerPoint and executive presentation skills with the ability to create clear, insightful, and visually compelling strategy materials
• Prior experience in a management consulting firm is strongly preferred
• Experience working closely with senior executives or leadership teams and proven ability to independently develop presentations and material for senior executives
• Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives, transformation programs, or enterprise change efforts
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership teams
• Familiarity with AI, GenAI, digital transformation, or emerging technology trends
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills
• Self-starter with high ownership, attention to detail, and adaptability
