[What the role is]

The candidate will contribute towards the optimisation of the MySkillsFuture portal, a one-stop portal for Singaporeans to plan their lifelong learning journey, through data-driven insights and tech stack review.

[What you will be working on]

The candidate will be required to perform the following key tasks and any other tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor(s):

1. Conduct in-depth analysis of user patterns, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
2. Partner with the development team to review front-end and back-end tech stack to ensure portal performance optimisation.
3. Propose recommendations for website feature and product enhancements, supported by UX assessment and user research/testing.
4. Design prototypes and iterate ideas for UI design (wireframes, mock-ups).
5. Work closely across teams with internal and external project managers.

[What we are looking for]

The ideal candidate should have:

1. At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, UX/UI design, and/or website development work.
2. Proficiency in analysing qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making and discover actionable insights.
3. Experience managing a product in cross-functional agile teams, working with internal and external stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable improvements.
4. Understanding of programming languages, frontend frameworks, and libraries to conduct website code reviews.
5. Ability to apply human-centric tools and techniques to test and improve the product over time.
6. Motivation to experiment with ideas for improvement while managing risks and mitigating the impact of change.
7. Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure as a team player.
8. Knowledge of tools such as:

• Web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, SQL for data querying.
• UI design tools like Figma.
• Artificial intelligence tools for predictive modelling.

Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract initially, with potential for extension or permanent placement.
