Job description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for executing performance-focused integrated campaigns to effectively market our digital properties and initiatives, through both digital and social media channels, to the workforce.

One who is analytical, adaptable, and committed to orchestrating best-in-class digital-led campaigns, as well as constantly looks out for growth opportunities and relevant strategies to raise the bar of our digital and social media marketing efforts through performance tracking and indicators.

Key Skills & Competencies

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) to support events, user acquisition, and service adoption.
  • Develop content and assets that align with campaign objectives, working with external agencies.
  • Ensure messaging is optimised for conversion across platforms.

2. Performance Marketing

  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficiency and ROI.
  • Set up and manage tracking infrastructure including pixels, UTM tagging, and dashboards to monitor user journeys and campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimise creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and media mix based on campaign data and performance trends.

3. Owned Channel Deployment

  • Coordinate campaign rollout across owned channels such as eDMs, websites, and social media.
  • Ensure message consistency and asset alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Plan and manage content scheduling to support campaign timelines and outreach goals.

4. Tracking & Reporting

  • Analyse paid and owned channel marketing outcomes to provide insights and data-driven recommendations for improving campaign performance.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for internal and external stakeholder updates.

Requirements

  • >3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
  • Able to commit for the full contract duration
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to create engaging social media posts and assets
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Ads.
  • Able to work effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Be highly creative, analytical, meticulous, and an effective communicator
