Job Description

We are looking for an experienced analytics leader to join our Marketing Analytics team as a Manager/Senior Manager Data Analytics (Marketing), responsible for leveraging data, advanced modeling, and experimentation to inform strategic priorities, enhance customer experience, and drive growth and profitability.

Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Analytics and working closely with the Director of Growth and Planning, this role will lead a team focused on driving impact with data — generating forward-looking insights, running rigorous experiments, and supporting smarter marketing investments.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Building, mentoring, and inspiring a cohesive team of top-performing data analysts. Fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning. Championing high standards in communication and deliverables.
  • Growth Data Strategy: Implementing a robust data & metrics strategy for growth marketing, including experimentation frameworks and self-service analytics capabilities that empower marketers to make data-informed decisions.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Developing and scaling the organization’s A/B testing and geo testing capabilities across CRM, performance marketing, pricing, and promotional initiatives. Promoting best practices in test design, measurement, and learning dissemination.
  • Prioritization: Aligning analytics and experimentation efforts with the highest business priorities. Helping the team focus on initiatives with strong potential impact on customer acquisition, retention, and ROI.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Data Advocacy: Partnering with senior marketing and strategy leaders to co-define key metrics, prioritizing hypotheses to test, and translating analytical findings into actionable insights. Being a strong advocate for rigorous testing and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Rigor: Setting high standards for the team’s analytical output — from advanced data models to experiment readouts and dashboarding — ensuring both methodological soundness and business relevance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Overall 8+ years of experience in tech, consulting, retail, or similar industries, with at least 3+ years leading analytics teams.
  • Strong experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and geo experiments across different marketing channels.
  • Solid technical foundations in SQL, data modeling, forecasting, and experimentation methodologies.
  • Excellent influencing skills, with a proven ability to present complex insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling analytics teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in marketing, growth, or strategy functions is a strong plus.
