One of the key enablers in our pursuit of excellence is the effective use of Artificial Intelligence to better serve our customers and improve operations. While some AI applications may be built in-house, CAG recognizes that to quickly proliferate AI into many application areas and leverage market expertise, buying and adopting AI solutions will be a significant part of our AI strategy.

AI CoE is established to build an "AI Smart Adoption" capability for CAG, enabling us to adopt AI at scale while managing associated risks.

Your role:

  1. Develop & oversee AI governance (including robotic and autonomous vehicle governance) policies and processes to ensure safe & responsible AI adoption.
  2. Upskill & educate CAG staff to enhance AI competencies and realize "AI smart adoption" capability.
  3. Stay updated on AI industry trends and products to support AI strategy development and introduce solutions to business units where applicable.

Who you are:

  • Degree(s) in AI, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in the field.
  • Experience in both "technical AI works" (model development) and "soft AI works" (strategy, governance) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML areas including NLP, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, traditional ML, Robust AI, Responsible AI, etc.
  • Familiar with AI development tools and frameworks like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
  • Experience collaborating with AI solution providers and professional bodies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
