What the role is:
Levy and Incentives Management Division (LIMD) is part of SSG’s Incentives Management and Enforcement Group (RFEG), contributing to building an effective, responsive, and inclusive CET eco-system through grant management, Skills Development Levy (SDL) Collection, and enforcement against fraud and abuse. LIMD ensures effective SDL collection and grant management to support a high-quality CET ecosystem. Under the SDL Act, all employers must pay a monthly SDL for employees providing services in Singapore. Collected SDL funds are channeled to the Skills Development Fund (SDF) to support workforce upgrading and training grants for employers.
What you will be working on:
(A) Employer engagement
• Respond to employer inquiries
• Engage employers with outstanding SDL payments
• Track engagement statuses for reporting
(B) Verification of employer information
• Request and review employer submissions
• Clarify and make observations on submitted information
• Make recommendations for management decisions
• Support compliance audits
(C) Appeals management
• Review employer appeals and recommend actions
(D) Other duties as assigned by Team Lead
What we are looking for:
• Up to 3 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to commit to a 1-year contract
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and mature
• Experience handling diverse customer groups (preferred)
• Good knowledge of Excel (preferred)
