Job description

Managing and supervising salon staff members, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to perform their job responsibilities.

Oversee recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Ensure clients receive high-quality services and support. Responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing client complaints or concerns.

Responsible for developing marketing and advertising campaign strategies to attract new clients and retain existing clients.

Responsible for business development and promotion.

Ensure that facilities are well kept, safe, clean, and well maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.

Ensure that the salon is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
