We are seeking a Manager, Sales - Group (Singapore) to join our team!

The Manager, Sales - Group (Singapore) will:

  1. Implement all sales activities to maximize business opportunities and revenue, aiming to meet and exceed segment goals for Singapore hotels.
  2. Drive group lead conversion to achieve sales targets.
  3. Qualify prospective clients based on sales strategy, negotiate rates beneficial to the business.
  4. Sell all hotel facets in Singapore, including rooms, catering, F&B, and other revenues as per budget.
  5. Execute sales action plans for respective markets and accounts.
  6. Partner with Business Development colleagues to source new business and maximize revenue.
  7. Increase share from existing accounts with the Business Development team.
  8. Support and execute group-wide sales initiatives like promotions, sales missions, and business weeks.
  9. Maintain close contact with GSOs and STB representatives to solicit and convert new accounts.
