About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with a strong passion for sales, business development, and client engagement to join our growing team as Aetos Holdings. As a Manager (Sales & Customer Success), you will lead efforts in expanding strategic partnerships, managing high-value contracts, and contributing to the long-term commercial success of the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and grow the Group’s business by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and expanding our customer base.
Act as a key liaison for major accounts and projects, maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Apply customer success strategies to maximise retention, deliver value-driven outcomes, and increase upsell opportunities.
Lead the preparation of high-quality business proposals, tender submissions, and strategic presentation decks.
Deliver persuasive and professional presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Use sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to inform decision-making, manage risks, and improve processes.
Demonstrate strong negotiation and commercial judgment in handling high-value, multi-million-dollar contracts and complex deal cycles.
Requirements
Advanced Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, ideally within business development or client strategy.
Background in the security industry is an advantage.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong stakeholder management and proposal development experience.
Detail-oriented with sound commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
