Job description:

Role & Responsibilities
  • Review and develop progressive and competitive performance management policies and initiatives that meet the organisation needs to drive a high performing organisation.
  • Project manage and administer end-to-end performance management exercises such as target setting, interim review, regular feedback and year-end performance appraisal and calibration exercises.
  • Review, administer and manage employee benefits programs such as outpatient medical and insurance plans, as well as staff welfare and recognition programs such as mental wellness, long service award events.
  • Partner with external benefits vendors to ensure quality delivery of benefits services to employees as per agreed standards.
  • Participate in external benefits benchmarking surveys and analyse survey results to ensure the benefits programs are competitive to high tech market and in compliance with the government legislation and guidelines.
  • Manage and update HR policies (e.g. overseas travel policy, transport reimbursement) to be competitive to market and compliance to legislations.
  • Prepare and submit benefits budget and costing exercises.
  • Assist in compensation programs such as annual remuneration exercises, promotion and job evaluation.
  • Provide consultative support and advice to HR colleagues and other employees on C&B related matters.
  • Involve in other activities such as staff recreational activities.
  • Involve in C&B improvement projects such as process streamlining for greater efficiency or leveraging on technology to enhance employee experience.
  • Involve in C&B system initiatives or enhancements including business requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, employee communication, project implementation.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or Business related discipline with at least 5 years of experience in HR
  • Meticulous and possess strong analytical and organisation skills
  • Problem solver; Able to work with certain level of ambiguity and deliver outcomes
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature and discrete in handling confidential information
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft applications especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Working knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors HR system will be added advantage


Profile description:

Reporting to Deputy Director, Rewards & Benefits, you will lead functions on employee benefits, welfare and recognition. As part of the Rewards and Benefits team, you will also be involved in other functions on compensation, performance management, payroll administration and HR policies.
