Regionalisation Programme
- Forge partnerships with overseas governments, corporates, and multilateral bodies; lead negotiations on MOUs and joint initiatives.
- Conduct market scans to identify regional opportunities aligned with ARTC's advanced manufacturing strategy.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of international projects, ensuring strategic alignment with A*STAR's goals.
Supply Chain Challenge Programme
- Co-develop, structure and support the new Supply Chain Challenge with selected members.
- Manage outreach and onboarding of potential SME/startup participants into ARTC ecosystem
- Coordinate solution scoping workshops, problem definition, and pilot execution across stakeholders.
Industry Member Engagement
- Manage key accounts, ensuring alignment with member needs and ARTC's revenue/project targets.
- Track sector trends and member developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies across billing, operations, HR, and project governance.
Other Duties
- Support logistics for ARTC stakeholder visits and events.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or an Engineering-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in B2B business development and enterprise account management.
- Proven experience as a Business Accounts Manager or in a similar role within a consortium or collaborative business environment.
- Prior experience in the Start-up Industry and/or International partnership roles would be a bonus
