The Regional Loyalty Strategy team sits within Grab's Marketing organisation, overseeing consumer loyalty across Grab's business verticals, markets and broader ecosystem. Its primary goal is to design and manage loyalty levers to enhance consumer lifetime value (LTV), and profitability for the organisation.
