To manage and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, ensure efficient contracting and credentialing processes, and support strategic initiatives that enhance provider performance and service deliver.

· Lead and manage relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring alignment with company service and cost strategies.

· Oversee provider contracting, credentialing, performance reviews, and fee negotiations.

· Ensure accuracy and completeness of the provider database and network directory.

· Collaborate with internal teams (claims, customer service, operations) to resolve provider-related issues.

· Monitor KPIs such as provider turnaround time, patient feedback, and cost containment targets.

· Support implementation of provider-related projects including onboarding new networks and digital platform integration.

· Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field.

· 5–7 years of experience in provider network management or healthcare operations.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Proficient in data analytics and healthcare systems.

· Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
